In 1963, Peter Dussmann founded the company “Dussmann Heimpflegedienst GmbH” to clean bachelors’ homes in Munich. It was the foundation today’s Dussmann Service which provides technical services, catering, security and reception, cleaning, property and energy management and office solutions across the globe.
In addition to a corporate culture which places emphasis on the practical approach and values such as empathy and mutual respect, fairness is a central principle. We guarantee fair wages, punctual payment and a wide range of further training at the company’s own training center, the Dussmann Campus.
The code of conduct describes the Dussmann principles as a set of unambiguous and binding rules which serve as guidelines in our decisions and our business dealings.

Dussmann Service currently offers apprenticeships in ten occupations, for example cleaning technician, certified security guard, cook, media designer or certified office manager. There is an apprenticeship for everyone.
