If you are taking your first career steps following an apprenticeship, you can learn a great deal at the Dussmann Group. Due the wide scope of our services and the company’s many years of experience, there is a range of tasks awaiting you and within short time, you will gain both professional and personal experience. You don’t necessarily need specific training or a diploma. At the Dussmann Group, there are many who have chosen a less traditional career path and who have benefitted from the further training opportunities at the Dussmann Campus and the Kursana Akademie and who have developed from a career entrant to a qualified member of staff.

At the Dussmann Group, there are operative jobs in the service divisions cleaning catering, security and technical services and in nursing and care. We are happy to welcome those who have completed and apprenticeship but this is not a prerequisite. If you not have been able to complete your apprenticeship, you can still send us your application. The Dussmann Group takes part in the program JOBLINGE which supports young adults who have not yet found a job or an apprenticeship. Further training opportunities at the Dussmann Campus and the Kursana Akademie provide further support in integrating them into the company.

The Dussmann Group trainee program offers an especially flexible start to work. Taking part provides you with a great deal of work experience within a short time. We establish trainee programs in sales and in the service divisions, catering, cleaning security and technical services when there are projects suitable to accommodate one.
