Career Opportunities

At Dussmann KulturKindergarten, we welcome educators with experience of, skills in, and a passion for arts, handicrafts, drama or music as well as social pedagogical specialists and management. We recognize and appreciate the strengths and resources of each individual employee and encourage them to make a contribution. During annual personnel development reviews with the KulturKindergarten facility head, you have the opportunity to identify and organize appropriate further training at the Dussmann campus or elsewhere. Facility heads are responsible for the success of their facility and develop strategies for further training and personal development among other challenging tasks. An internship provides the opportunity of gaining an insight into the work at a Dussmann KulturKindergarten facility. We also offer apprenticeships as a nursery educator (“Erzieher”) to ensure qualified staff for our facilities in the future.
