The Arts in the Early Years

At Dussmann KulturKindergärten, there is a focus on the arts. We include many facets of cultural education in the daily routine at our facilities with the intention of encouraging the spirit of exploration. We guide the children in their discoveries not only in music, fine arts and drama but also in the culture and traditions of food. We help children to develop their skills, their self-confidence and their motivation and to teach them tolerance and the ability to integrate into the community. Due to the artistic focus of our educational concept, our educators have experience in art and handicrafts, music and drama.


We continuously improve the skills and qualifications of our workforce at the company's own training center, the Dussmann Campus and at the Kursana Akademie.
